Thoughts, queries and questions raised by last night’s ‘LOST”

- Who hit Locke’s mom with a car? (Possibly Ben or maybe even the seemingly immortal Richard Alpert)
- Is Richard Alpert obsession with Locke because he is actually the mysterious “Jacob”?
- There was another visual indicator that whenever the smoke monster or some one from the island appears some one is smoking or there is a smoking reference. For example, Locke’s grandmother smoking at the hospital and suddenly Richard Alpert appears.
- The Dali lama chosen one scene with little Locke and Richard Alpert seems very telling that Locke is the reincarnation of some one with meaning (even if he chose the knife).
- Michael’s mission is still clearly not over since Keamy couldn’t kill him with his gun.
- I’ll go ahead and say that the device on Keamy’s arm is a detonator that will go off if he does thus detonating bombs across the island or destroying the freighter.
- I feel like I missed a scene between this episode and the ending of Michael’s episode where he is revealed to the freighter captain. I guess he knew or didn’t really care.
- Keamy is concerned with Michael having told Ben his name. I think this means that Ben’s power is once he knows some one’s real name he instantly knows everything about them.
- Doctor and freighter captain we hardly knew you. Here is a tip that comes to late. Don’t work with psychos like Keamy.
- I will put a crazy theory out there, Matthew Abbadon is future Walt. He referred to Locke as “Mr. Locke” just like Walt did.
- Locke seeing dead people adds a new twist to things. Locke also being a pussy in high school makes him even more pathetic pre-island crash.
- Ben was dialed down emotionally. He must be brooding now that Locke has become the islands go to guy.
- Hurley and Ben sharing a Mars bar was the best scene in the whole episode. Not matter what situation he is put into by some one else he can still show compassion for them.
- Since Matthew Abbadon was in physical rehab with Locke and he is in the future with Hurley in the institution, it’s a sure thing the man doesn’t age.
- Hey Christian Sheppard, what’s up? So your zombie? A ghost? Or are you in fact a ghost dad since Claire is chillin with you now.
- Speaking of Claire, she seems pretty cool that her kid is in the jungle and her dead beat ghost dad is back on a mysterious island and she was looking hot too. What happened there?
- Keamy is going to cleanse that island of anything that walks on two legs. But who will kill Keamy? How about you step up Sayid, you used to be a soldier.
- I’m still not sure how you move an island but I bet its not physically moving it. Moving it in time is something that makes more sense.
